What is LOFT PARTY? We're a couple of grade-school friends reunited with a common vision to bring a collection of unique, interesting and functional home décors online. And we're grateful to have that opportunity through LOFT PARTY.

New products. If you design, make, or sell something that LOFT PARTY should know about, or if you know someone who does, get in touch - we're always looking for new ideas.
Wholesale inquiries. Email us for details on quantity discounts. LOFT PARTY products make great company gifts and we represent some of our designers to select retailers.
Privacy policy. We hate spam, be it sneaky advertising or mysterious canned meat products. We won't share your email address with anyone, ever. Our policies concerning the protection of customer information and email privacy are explained in full here.
How long will it take to get my order? We do our best to ship standard items within a day or two of your order. If an item takes longer than that to ship, it says so in the product description. Once your order leaves our shipping center, it should reach U.S. addresses within 3-5 business days, though sometimes both Priority Mail and UPS can take over a week. Our shipping policies are explained in detail here.
Worldwide shipping. We ship to every country that can get Global Priority Mail. International shipping and handling fees are calculated during checkout according to weight and destination.

International orders can take a couple weeks to get where they're going, but it's always worth it!
Why should I shop at LOFT PARTY? We have lots of cool stuff for you to buy, plus:

1) We're passionate about design. We go to extraordinary lengths to find unique, high-quality products we feel good about selling.

2) We care where things come from and how they're made. Many of our products come from individual artisans, but we also endeavor to work with and buy from manufacturers and vendors who respect worker rights and the environment.

3) We do more than just make money. We make a concerted effort to encourage creative business practices, support cottage industry, keep corporate hegemony at bay, and kick out the jams.
How do I check the status of my order? You can view your complete order history at any time. Just click on the MY ACCOUNT link that appears on the top of every page. Orders in transit with tracking info can be tracked without leaving our site. If anything looks out of order, email us and we'll get right on it. Like, pronto.
Shipping & handling. We ship domestic orders via UPS, and occasionally by USPS Priority.
Your urgently needed products can be expedited to be shipped by UPS 2nd-Day Air.
Sales tax. Shipments to California are charged a 8.25% Califorina State sales tax.
secure Safe shopping. Our site is secured with 128-bit SSL encryption by Equifax. Every transaction is safe and secure. Also, just to let you know - when you pay online, your credit card number goes straight to the merchant bank for verification. There is no office monkey manually keying it in. So, that rules out the scenario of your credit info ever floating around on a cocktail napkin in our office.
Returns & Exchanges. We're happy to accept returns of most unused merchandise for a full refund, minus the shipping fees within 14 days of delivery. Some products are subject to a restocking fee. Please refer to our Return Policy for details. Custom and made-to-order items are not returnable.
