Our shipping practices

**Expedited orders (Next Day, 2nd Day and 3 Day Select) must be placed prior to 12pm PST for same day shipping (Monday - Friday). Items ordered on Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. For special circumstances, please email us at info@LoftParty.com.**

The map below shows an estimated time of arrival. Please note that only expedited shipping methods (3-day select, 2nd day air, and next day air) are guaranteed.

APO/FPO

LOFT PARTY is now able to ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Postal Service. All shipments to APO/FPO or PO Box addresses are subject to an additional $10 handling fee for each shipment. Please use our FAX ORDER FORM to place your order.

CANADA ORDERS

We now deliver via UPS to Canada. Deliveries to Canada may be subject to additional tariffs and taxes per local laws and regulations. You may try using this custom classification code: 950-490-9091 to avoid paying tariff and taxes when you pick up your order.
Make sure to input a space between Canadian Postal Codes.

Our Return Policy

All items from LOFT PARTY are backed by a fourteen day guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your LOFT PARTY purchase, simply follow these three steps and we will promptly send you a full refund (less the original shipping costs and 25% restocking fee if applicable):

1. Email our customer service office at info@LoftParty.com for an authorization code and for the correct return address (some items are sent back directly to the manufacturer).
2. Repack the item(s) in the original packaging.
3. Send your purchase back to the authorized address by any method you wish. We recommend that you have some kind of tracking information in the case your package can not be located. We are not responsible for packages that are lost during transit back to us.

We will immediately send you a complete refund (less the original shipping costs AND less 25% restocking fee if applicable - - - unless we sent you the wrong product - - - ) as soon as LOFT PARTY receives your package and inspects it. You are responsible for the shipping back to us.

Restocking Fees

All Thomas Paul and Eleventwentyfive products are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Returned items must be in new, unused condition in the original box with all documentation and packing included. If we are unable to issue a full refund, you will be issued store credit for your return(s). Basically if we are not able to resell the item as new, you will be issued a refund. Chips that have been opened or used will be issued a store credit. Electronics, DVD's can not be returned once opened.

If something is defective, please let us know immediately and we will send you replacements at no additional charge (for items within 14 days of receipt). Defective items can be returned but the original shipping cost will not be refunded but the 25% restocking fee will be waived. You would be responsible for the shipping back to us. If a new replacement item(s) is sent, included will be a pre-paid label for the return. If the item is not returned within 30 days, there will be a late return charge for processing fees. If the item is not returned at all, you will be responsible for the full item(s) price at the time of purchase.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship our products to P.O Boxes at this time. APO and military addresses are subject to additional shipping charges.
